We spent a full day in Torres del Paine with the agency. It was great, staff was super nice (driver and the guide), its a bit unfortunate that not everything was translated to English like in other agencies, however the main info was.

Very nice b&b in town. The staff are extremely friendly and help us to accommodate the car as well. Room is huge and very comfort! All sightseeing spots, shops and restaurants are in walking distance. Breakfast are great with cooking eggs from staff! Highly recommended!

Very nice place. Nice beds and linens and staff always helpful and nice. Room and bathroom very clean :) My only problem was my room was next to the kitchen so got noise early in the morning. I would definitely stay there again! Breakfast was great every morning and if guest is hiking early their breakfast will be ready. Staff also had good recommendations on places to go for practically anything you wanted.

Stayed here the night before and after we did the W. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really great. The staff was willing to organize a taxi for the morning for us as well as cater the breakfast start time to when we would need to eat. They held a bag for us while we did the hike, which was very helpful. The walls are a bit thin, but nothing to an extent where you couldn't sleep or anything. The dining area made a great hang out spot as well. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay here. The rooms were clean and had a really nice wide cubby area to keep our bags/luggage off the floor ( a precaution we always take when we travel ). There was one bathroom, but you can have a room with your own bathroom. The breakfast buffet was very nice, good options, nice presentation and classy. Thanks Casa de la Patagonia!
